Anymore Xunlai or character slots Sales coming up? - Guild Wars Forums

I was wondering if you guys knew when the next sale was going to be on character slots, and xunlai storage panels? Most importantly the xunlai storage panels. I was thinking of picking some up, but then saw they were back at $10, and I wasn't going to pay $10 when I could be paying less. If anyone knows when another sale might be coming up, it'd be very much appreciated if you could let me know. I'd buy some more on the double.

Probably not for a long time, I thought the sale was up for a while...

I actually bought all of them I could on my account with a couple visa giftcards I had lying around, like...right before they had announced the sale, I was a little pissed.

EDIT: One thing I can say though... if they go on sale grab them all up, having the extra space is awesome.

It's just a wild guess, but Anet has done a few holiday sales in the past.

Yeah, I really need the space now, but I going to wait anyway. I know they do sales, and knowing this, I can't justify buying the xunlai panes until a sale arrives. Crossing my fingers and hoping someone at Anet reads this.

Sigh, it's been said before but a lot of people don't know how over-priced those buyable panes are. A four character regular prophecies account with 45 empty slots per character plus a combined 80 slot Xunlai chest totaling 260 slots can easily be bought for $10 dollars.

Yes..but not everyone can dualbox or have a friend xfer the items between accounts all the time, log on and off between accounts. Cost effective, yes...convenient no. I can even dual box with the help of my other PC and still don't on my other 4 slot prophecies account, yet..maybe.

Without going for additional account, you can always just buy another character slot and get 45 bag slots + Equipment pack slots depending on which you can get. 5-20 slots there. + rune/weapon storage. Can also store 100 plat there too.

Same price as you get 20 slots.

I guess part of it is the completeness of looking at my Xunlai chest, and seeing every equipment slot available to me. As well as the convenience of the Xunlai chest.

Even switching between characters on the same account is a bit disruptive for me. Breaks the flow. It's nice having that chest to just store all your goodies. I already have a few of my characters acting as mules. I have enough room for what I have, but I really just want that chest complete.

Anet should add more panes. But you're right about the additional prophecies accounts being the best idea.

Still, the point stands. If they do another sale, I'll buy some more panes. I love them. Put collectables, or weapon mods. I wish there was a convenient area to buy weapon mods.
